Do I need to do anything to enable AI features?
Sentiment, topics and AI shopping visibility run on their own. Turn on summaries and translations in your dashboard, and publish FAQs once you've checked them.
Can I edit AI-generated content?
Yes. Reply drafts and FAQ answers can be edited before you publish them, and AI email copy can be edited in your template like any other text. You control where summaries display: you can turn them on or off on the review widget and your All Reviews page (also known as the Happy Customers page), though their position there is fixed. For more flexibility, add the standalone AI summary widget anywhere. Translations appear automatically based on your store's settings.
Where does the AI get its information?
From your own store. Summaries, replies, and topics come from what your customers wrote in their reviews. Store and product FAQs come from your reviews and product descriptions. AI email copy can match your brand voice by reading your homepage and top products.
Will AI summaries replace individual reviews?
No. Summaries appear at the top of your review widget as an overview. Individual reviews remain visible below for shoppers who want more detail.
Which languages does translation support?
38 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, Korean, and Arabic.
